Notice that I haven't been posting any health-related or goal-related entries? Sorry, I kind of lost motivation here. Also, I've been busy with summer classes, which is making me tired. Maybe I'll be able to jog this early evening. I'll try to follow the tip of my cousin: "Run. Don't walk. If you walk, you'll never run again." Hard core, right? I just hope I'd be able to do that so that I could lose some bodyfat.
About my cousin, he invited me to come train with him. Since he's already started, I'm the one who's going to have a hard time keeping up. So I hope I survive this sort of suicide workout. He said he's going to take me to the gym he goes to and also to take me boxing. Hehehe. Tentatively, I'll be exercising with him for five days, a few days before my class starts. Of course I'd be enrolled at school already by the time I start working my butt off for this thing.
So, maybe to help me not get fatigued immediately for that coming event, I'll go jogging a few times each week. I gotta increase my motivation, the INTRINSIC one!! My desire to be fit should come from within me! I need to get pumped up for it! I don't wanna die during the tiresome training.
I'm relieved that we won't have to go to Mindoro this weekend. Whew! We'd be camping and staying in an uber-hot place. And it's not Puerto Galera (although I want to go there), which I haven't been at. I miss just staying at home, and doing my favorite thing: slacking off. Hahaha!!!
That's all for now. I'm tired!
